You will then be issued with a returns reference specific to your order as well as a returns form.

You must not return goods before contacting us and arranging the returns details.

Any returns sent without a returns reference number or without prior arrangement cannot be refunded. Please do not send returns to the head office address . A returns address will be provided with your reference number.

Any returning items must be securely sealed in their packaging.

Damaged goods

If you receive your goods and they have either been damaged in transit or are in some way faulty, we'll be happy to accept them back and send a replacement, or refund you in full.

In these circumstances, you must contact us immediately on the email address above and we will make the necessary arrangements on your instruction.

Goods unsuitable

We also accept the return of goods even if they are delivered without fault or damage, but you assess them as unsuitable for your requirements. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, Fittleworth Lifestyle gives customers a 14 day cooling off period in which orders can be cancelled after the delivery date.

Under these circumstances the price of the items concerned are refunded, but you will be responsible for charges to cover the handling and carriage costs involved. We do recommend that you pay for a tracked/signed delivery for your protection.

Refunds

Any returned goods must be COMPLETE, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and in their original outer packaging together. We reserve the right to charge for repair, replacement or re-packaging of any goods not returned in their original condition

Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the amount paid required within 14 days.

The following items are non-refundable - All items of a personal hygiene nature such as commodes, toilet seats, incontinence products, stockings, tights and similar items, plus any “customised” , “made-to-order”, “non-standard” or “Special Order” items.

Warranty

The majority of our products are guaranteed for 12 months by the manufacturer and some items carry a longer period of guarantee. PLEASE NOTE - The following items are not covered under warranty - accidental damage, fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse, adjustments, adaptations or re-programming, consumables such as batteries, tyres, tubes, bulbs and the like.
